Sacramento Chapter Essay Contest – Grades 7-12

The Middle (7-8) & High School (9-12) Divisions essay contest topic is:

Why are responsible citizens important to our system of government?

What can I do to develop the necessary traits to become one and encourage others to do so as well?

ESSAY GUIDELINES:


● Must be typed, double-spaced, 500-1000 words
● Header in top right must include: Student’s name, School,
Grade Level, Teacher’s name, and Phone Number
Due December 1, 2023
